The craze of NFTs is on the rise across the globe. Various big brands are coming up with their collections. Pepsi-Cola, a US-based food company, has released a genesis collection of non-fungible token (NFT) collectibles to commemorate the founding year. Carbonated soft drink maker company introduced the “Pepsi Mic Drop” genesis NFT collection on Thursday through Twitter, featuring 1,893 generative NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain.
With NFTs that feature designs like the traditional blue Pepsi, silver Diet Pepsi, red Pepsi Wild Cherry, black Pepsi Zero Sugar, and Crystal Pepsi, the company hopes to build a real-time community of NFT holders.
News 3: Opera and Solana Announce Partnership to Support dApps and a Wallet In the Browser
In an official blog post on Friday; December 10, Opera announced a partnership with Solana Labs to add native support for the popular blockchain; allowing it to run a native Solana wallet along with all the dApps in the ecosystem.
The Opera team said on Twitter that the integration was expected to be ready by Q1 2022. By then; users should be able to enjoy all the benefits of the blockchain in desktop and mobile browsers without any restrictions
Opera’s interest in Solana is not surprising. Since 2018, the browser has targeted cryptocurrency support, blockchain technology, and the so-called Web 3.

The United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) announced today the launch of a collection of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on Ethereum to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the UN agency.
UNICEF says the profits from the January 2022 NFT launch—an exhibition by digital artist and data scientist Nadieh Bremer called “Patchwork Kingdoms”—will go toward supporting its many projects; including the Giga initiative to fund internet access for children worldwide.
